Eligibility for Refunds:
1. Time Frame: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned within 3 days of receiving the product.
2.Condition of Item: The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
3.Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided to process the refund.
Refund Process:
1.Initiate Refund: To start a refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@opalvisionbyrg.com within the eligible time frame.
2.Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3.Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7days.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately with a photo of the item, and we will work to resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund.
